A growing number of MPMG Physicians utilize NextGen shared Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

NextGen EMR is a robust electronic health record that allows all MPMG physicians on the EMR to send and receive pertinent information electronically in a secure environment thus providing improved coordination of care.

NextGen allows physicians to order tests and receive lab and radiology reports electronically as well as submit prescriptions to the pharmacy electronically.   

Additionally, NextGen EMR also has a Patient Portal that allows patients to communicate with their physician to request prescription refills, appointments and test results.

The MPMG Clinic and MPMG Extended Hours Clinic both utilize the NextGen EMR.  To identify physicians who are currently using NextGen Electronic Medical Records, look for the NextGen logo on the physician profile page on MPMG Physician Finder.
